Home and Community Services is seeking a Bookkeeper Assistant/Data Entry Clerk for our Hawkinsville, Georgia office.
Updates SCM database for member changes received from SCM offices
Files member-related data and accounts payable invoices
Enters invoices into accounts payable system
Maintains accounts payable files
Performs other office related tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in Accounts Payable invoicing and data entry preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and general office procedures
Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
