Fusion 5.0 Compositor - oDesk

I´m searching for a good Compositor that can handel any kind of proyect(Comm/film/broadcast) and can make team whith other colleages that may know arround him.
I´t intended to use Eyeon Generation as workflow.
It´s intended to work by proyect.
