I need this done ASAP. I have a PSD file, 125×125 pixel with 3 layers. I need an animated GIF created from this for a banner advertisement.
I need layer 1 at 2 seconds, layer 2 at 2 seconds, and layer 3 for 4 seconds, if possible.
