I am looking to build a website that will have listings for all locations and properties ( real estate) in Israel.
Website will need ability for users to upload their own information and listings.
I will be offering a minimal listing package for free to sellers and brokers and a premium service which will cost money.
Needs advanced search functionality so customers can search for the exact type of location, housing, pricing, and other factors that they are looking for in a property or house.
The website will be geared towards real estate brokers and developers. It will have a free list your property ( for property owners) and list your property for real estate agents.
There will need to be 3 levels of sellers.
Users with a free static page with information about their real estate agency.
Users with rotating advertising on homepage and pages on our website as well as advanced listing functions ( more pictures – more pages – more options for listings)
Users with unlimited pages and additional added value ( highest paid premium users)
