Web Design (no coding) for a Contact Management Site - oDesk

I'm looking for someone to design all the screens required for a relatively simple Contacts Management Site.

I'd like the screens designed in Photoshop and the PSDs sent to me. The design style should be clean and modern, with you choosing colours, fonts, layouts, and the like.
